Based in Houston, Texas, Bond has over fifteen years of experience with computer software development, implementation and support. This includes over ten years of IT support and systems administration in areas such as accounting, payroll, customer relations management, sales, service, inventory control, telecommunications, e-mail, and computer network infrastructure.

In Bond previous experience he co-founded a software development company (Dealer Solutions) that provided dealership management software for the auto dealership industry. Dealer Solutions merged with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in 1999 after five years of successful growth.
