Dustin earned his Telecommunications Engineering Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. This degree is a combination of Electrical Engineering training with an emphasis in Networking and Communications, and allows him to have a unique perspective in troubleshooting. He can quickly identify and resolve the source  of problems in any  technical environment.

He also brings to Fluid more than twelve years of Technology Support experience, including eight years in a Network Administration role. He is well versed in multiple Networking Technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, WatchGuard, SonicWall), multiple Wireless Technologies (Blackberry, GoodLink, Exchange ActiveSync), multiple Server Technologies (Windows, Linux/Unix, VMWare), and multiple Workstation Technologies (Windows, Linux/Unix, OS X). His experience also includes work with Telecom Companies and ISPs.

Dustin is a VMWare Certified Professional, is triple Dell certified, and has multiple other training certifications.
