No matter how small a task might be or how simple a solution the guys are never abrupt or dismissive and make every attempt to make sure that the matter is resolved quickly and effectively, even at a test to their own patience and performance. Fluid support is always available, I have received emails at 1 or 2 am when we were experiencing problems in a server transition. The support pricing is more than you can ask for from a small company in that no matter who you get, rather it be the most experienced tech or the newest guy, you are charged for the difficulty of the request not the experience of the tech. The guys are always extremely polite and willing to assist in any way possible, even when it involves coaching the operator and not repairing the computer.
